Legacy & Projects

Salah Group is an Egyptian company with a legacy of excellence in real estate development, construction, and interior design since 1990. Over the past three decades, the company has shaped urban and coastal landscapes across Alexandria, 6th of October City, and the North Coast. Its notable projects include the Nour El Iman Building in Gleem (1990–1993); Zahret Stanly, Qasr Gleem, Qasr El Salam, and Qasr Loran (1993–2004); and over 30 residential buildings in Maamoura and Diyar El Taameer. The group has also contributed to infrastructure projects covering plumbing, drainage, roads, and landscaping, as well as the development of private villas, schools, and coastal chalets. Salah Group’s flagship project, Building 191 in Loran, was completed between 2017 and 2021. In 2025, the company expanded into agricultural exports, successfully shipping 250 tons of pumpkins to Salerno, Italy—a milestone that reflects its growing diversification and commitment to excellence.
